Our founder started out as a self-employed lash technician, balancing her craft with the responsibilities of parenting. Working from home and fitting clients around family life wasn’t always easy, but it was here that her dedication, resilience, and artistry truly shone through. As her reputation grew locally, so did her vision. What started as a small side business soon blossomed into a full-time career. With hard work, commitment to high standards, and a genuine care for every client, she built a loyal community who trusted her not just for beautiful results, but for the warm, welcoming experience she created.

From these humble beginnings, 11:11 Beauty Lounge evolved into a thriving salon and training academy. Today, we are proud to offer a wide range of services—from lashes and nails to spray tans and aesthetics—while also sharing our expertise through accredited training courses. Our academy was born from our founder’s desire to empower others and experience working in local schools. Having experienced the challenges of starting out in the beauty industry, she is passionate about equipping the next generation of lash and beauty professionals with the skills, confidence, and business knowledge to succeed.
